Shipping Costs

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount, and you will be notified of this cost before checkout. An additional surcharge may apply to some orders due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order before checkout.

How do we ship?

Urban Bloom currently only offers shipping options within the Continental United States. Your shipment will arrive via FedEx or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Please review the conditions below to ensure a successful delivery.

For All Deliveries:

• Street access must be at least 10 feet wide

• There can be no vehicle weight restrictions on the roads leading to your home

• Overhead street clearance must be at least 14 feet high

Additional information:Urban Bloom reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

 

RETURNS

Please contact Urban Bloom at contact@urbanbloom.com before shipping any pillow returns, in order for us to record your order information. After confirming return details and approval, Urban Bloom will issue an RMA number in order to process your return package. Simply write the RMA number on the outside of your return shipment box, and drop off the return at the carrier of your choice. Unless there is a manufacturing issue with the product, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Any pillow return shipped to Urban Bloom without prior approval and corresponding RMA number exempts Urban Bloom from refunding the product. Do not ship your returns without contacting us directly first, as we will be unable to identify the proper order information for improperly marked packages.
